Improve Organizational Effectiveness

Strong teams have clarity about 3 things:

  • The culture you want to create. This includes your core values and everyday norms, and the behaviors that help you bring those values to life in all you do.
  • The outcomes you are seeking. This includes your most pressing goals and metrics laid out in "who will do what by when" work plans that fuel focused energy.
  • The process you use to keep yourself on track. This includes how you structure and lead your meetings, how you get and give feedback, how you make decisions, and how you course correct.

HOW WE WORK

Assess

First, we gather information about your team and goals. This may include using self, team, or 360 assessments, and/or interviews and observations. Once we have a clear picture of what’s happening now and where you want to go, we design.

Design

Your organization is unique, and your implementation plan will be too. We work in phases and develop a “right-sized” plan just for you. We serve as your partner and work together with complete transparency. “No surprises!”

Implement

Becoming an effective organization requires commitment- but we are here for you every step of the way. We utilize training, coaching, facilitation and consulting to deliver the results you are looking for.
