We all want high-performing team members! In this module, you'll learn how to assess performance issues and intervene effectively. You'll also navigate the complexities of feedback, practice real-time redirects, and engage in productive conflict with confidence.

Meetings should be where the REAL work gets done! In this module, we learn to design and run meaningful 1-to-1s and team meetings that are energizing, don't waste time and actually move work forward.

For this Founding Member experience, I'm asking you to commit to completing the 30-day Leadership Essentials challenge over approximately 60 days. It will take approximately 10 minutes per day, and I'll ask you to respond to simple questions about each of the 6 modules. 

Beyond that, you're invited to give additional feedback, attend live Q&A sessions, and dive deeper on bonus content. We estimate the total weekly time commitment is ~45- 60 minutes for the 2 months during this initial launch.
